Grown between 1,300 and 1,500 meters in Cauca and fully washed, this lot emphasizes reliability and cohesion. Castillo and Colombia varieties provide structure, while controlled fermentation preserves fresh Red Apple acidity and allows Caramel and Milk Chocolate sweetness to develop with polish. The cup is balanced and familiar, built for consistency across brew methods.
